Spanish Moulded Salad

Instructions

  1. Dissolve one tablespoon of gelatine inside one cup of hot tomato juice.
  2. Pour over the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, celery, green pepper, onion, and chile powder. Mix thoroughly and pour into a mould.
  3. When firm, cut cleanly into squares and serve inside a lettuce leaf accompanied by Spanish sauce(we have the recipe in the website).

A classic gelatin structure with some garden vegetables and colors suspended in fresh tomato juice and chile spice.
