Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking steel inside for 45 minutes.
- Stretch dough into two 12-inch rounds. Mix tomatoes with garlic, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Spread sauce on dough, leaving a ½-inch border. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is charred and cheese is bubbling. Top with fresh basil.
