Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in olive oil 6 minutes per side; set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in broth and cream; simmer 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  4. Add spinach and chicken back to the pan. Simmer 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
