Ultra-moist loaf loaded with ripe bananas and a hint of cinnamon.

Moist Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Stir until just combined.
  4. Pour into pan and bake 55–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.

The best way to use overripe bananas. This loaf stays tender for days and freezes beautifully.
