Moist Banana Bread
Ultra-moist loaf loaded with ripe bananas and a hint of cinnamon.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas with melted butter. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Stir until just combined.
- Pour into pan and bake 55–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
The best way to use overripe bananas. This loaf stays tender for days and freezes beautifully.
