A zesty Spanish dressing whipped with rich olive oil, fresh lemon juice,
Instructions
- Rub mixing bowl with button of garlic.
- Break into bowl one egg yolk and whip stiff.
- Add one-fourth cup best olive oil slowly, then one-fourth cup lemon juice, tablespoon prepared vinegar, teaspoon sugar, half teaspoon salt, and a tablespoon green chile pulp. Mix well until smooth.
This is a true Spanish Dressing #1 to add to any salad. Beautifully emulsified egg with well-blended texture.
The yolk base is flavorful with garlic, and tart lemon juice, plus a special touch of green chile pulp.
