Spanish Moulded Salad
An elegant savory gelatin squares filled with fresh cucumbers, celery
Instructions
- Dissolve one tablespoon of gelatine inside one cup of hot tomato juice.
- Pour over the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, celery, green pepper, onion, and chile powder. Mix thoroughly and pour into a mould.
- When firm, cut cleanly into squares and serve inside a lettuce leaf accompanied by Spanish sauce(we have the recipe in the website).
A classic gelatin structure with some garden vegetables and colors suspended in fresh tomato juice and chile spice.
