Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken
Pan-seared chicken in a rich sun-dried tomato and spinach cream sauce.
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in olive oil 6 minutes per side; set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth and cream; simmer 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Add spinach and chicken back to the pan. Simmer 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
