Instructions
- Select six fine ripe tomatoes; remove the hearts carefully and place them on ice until chilled.
- Chop the cucumbers finely and mix them well with the removed tomato pulp.
- Pour over a half cup of dressing No. 3(we have the recipe in website) and fill the tomatoes.
- Serve cleanly on lettuce leaves and decorate with thinly sliced sweet peppers.
