Rice Salad
Layered cold rice, shredded lettuce, hard-boiled eggs, and creamy salad
Instructions
- Arrange on a platter alternating layers of cold rice, shredded lettuce leaves, and slices of hard-boiled eggs while dressing with dressing(we have the recipe in the website).
- Over the top layer of dressing, press the yolk of one egg through a fine sieve, then garnish the edges with lettuce leaves and radish tulips.
- Mix the chopped cress and cabbage with chives, pour the cream and dressing No. 3 mixture over the top, and serve.
