Spanish Bean Salad

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked, tender beans with the chopped green pepper, onion, ripe pepper, parsley, and cucumber.
  2. Toss with Spanish dressing No. 1 and serve cool.

A side with tender kidney or pink beans and a blend of crunchy chopped onions, peppers, celery and cabbage. cucumbers and sweet peppers.
