Spanish Meat Balls

Instructions

  1. Grind beef very fine; add one egg to one cup of meat, seasoning with salt, onion juice, and two tablespoons of soaked bread.
  2. Make into very small balls, roll thoroughly in bread crumbs, and fry until golden.
  3. Drop into soup just before serving and sprinkle each ball with finely chopped parsley and bits of pimiento for an excellent color effect.
